We want you to be completely satisfied with your GreenStalk garden; if you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Planter

  Carefully disassemble your vertical planter and place all components back into their original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
